Record Hop Ashingdon
Enjoy a mid-week dance a one of our new Record hops the Ashingdon Memorial Hall has a fabulous large dance floor with plenty of car parking. There is no bar but you can bring your own drink if you want too. Mr Dickie Bows will be playing plenty of music to jive and stroll the night away. This new record hop will be a great place to practise and socialise with friends you have made at Mr Dickie Bows dancing classes.
Tony will be happy to play your requests and keep the night moving. Mr Dickie Bows is always open to your feedback and try to implement what we can. So please if feel we can improve whether it’s the classes or the record hop please let us know.
This year we will be starting off once a month and in June we will be going out twice. Tell your friends – share the post and we can make it a success.
Want to learn to dance Rock n Roll then why not join us at our class in Rawreth on a Thursday evening, it’s great fun and will add to your daily activity. A few people who have come along have lost weight and learnt to dance at the same time.
Rose and Tony of Mr Dickie Bows have been successfully teaching students who come along to the class please look at our Facebook page reviews and read some of the comments left by people who have attended class. Once you have started on your dancing journey there is loads of opportunities during the week and a weekends to get out and socialise. You may even want to book a weekend away dancing at one of the many holidays that will be available – these are always great fun, you will be able to purchase music, authentic clothing along with reproduction and shoes (you can never have too many of these) on these holidays.
