It’s only Rock n Roll but I like it
Mr Dickies weekend of Rock n Roll at the Grand Burstin Hotel in Folkestone with Holiday Rock. If you are looking for a great Rock n Roll weekend of dancing this is a great event. A large hotel great facilities and it is within walking distance of Folkestone’s main High Street. This event is a full board, which is unusual as most are nearly always half board or self-catering. There are coffee making facilities in your room. The food is excellent and plentiful (trouble is when you eat too much it’s difficult to get the body dancing later. You won’t be disappointed with your accommodation. There was also the added bonus of when the rooms where available you could book in, no huge queue or waiting around and I think people really appreciated this, as often on these events you just want to get in your room unpack your clothes and rest. One of the great things is you can go back to your room and change and you can wear your dance shoes down to the ballroom – great stuff.

Rock n Roll Clothes Stall
Brilliant weekend with friends from the club and many friends we have made over the past 25 years. Plenty of time to sit, relax and reminisce over with old times and dance that good old Rock n Roll.
